Information Overload!

I have found that being so connected to the world through the "Internets" is both invigorating and annoying!  This is partly my fault obviously due to the fact that I want to be a part of every service with every company out there, just in case someone asks me about it.  My lust for the latest and greatest gadgets, gizmos, and online services turns into a "virtual" pile of emails invading my everyday existence.  Compiling it all into todo lists, calendars, email tags, etc. can only do so much.  Every second I find myself "organizing" another online account.  Not to mention the never ending merging of data from one place to another.  Here's a few examples:

1. Posting to my EX-WordPress Blog
1. Write Post
2. Tag It
3. Categorize It
4. Post (You think it stops there?)
1. Then posts out to my social networks!
1. Flickr
2. Google Buzz
3. Facebook
4. Twitter
5. Picasa
6. And god only knows how many more those were sub-posting to!
5. In the search of where something was posted and how many times it posts.
6. Crossing my fingers in the hopes of not posting a "tweet" that was meant for someone else and it getting blasted out into Twitterland and then getting Indexed by Google in Search within 5 seconds.
7. And then finally the clean-up.

Now that is just one service that I connected one service and then another and then another!  AAAHHHHH! Another service/technology that has me going mad with activity is Android.  A whole other beast, this one is.  Okay, everything is connected, everything is synced, now whats the problem?  Well, not only do I now have another place to input into, but now I start relying on services like Google Voice, Dropbox, and Astrid (w/ RTM Addon).  Three services that are amazing (if you only use them).  Let me explain:

I first started with Google Voice as a Beta on my personal Gmail account.  Then I started diving into Google Apps.  Well, you would think that Google Voice would want to interface with Apps so Business' can customize their voice mails, call routing, etc.  But, leave it to Google Apps to not get the latest services on time.  This left me with yet another account to check, my "custom domain" Google based account.  Lets get this one clear, this was not my Apps account and not my personal Gmail account, this was another Google account that had my Apps email (wdunn@westondunn.com) as the login.  If you know anything about the way Google Accounts work you know that....
